Our Team

AGUSTIN ALARCON

C.E.O.

Agustin Alarcon is our C.E.O and co-founder. While attending college, he became an assistant to a prominent construction superintendent in Texas. Agustin chose to excel in his field because of the profound impact that experience had on him.

Since then and over the past sixteen years as a business owner, he has acquired highly valuable entrepreneurial skills and experience. His drive and focus have led him to expand into other fields, such as the oil and gas industry.

Agustin has successfully integrated his experience in both industries by co-creating IMSSA USA, which offers a permanent solution to damaged or corroded oil and gas pipelines through its exclusive repair and rehabilitation system.

Edgar Gomez is one of many qualified members of our team. He has oversight of the Company’s Mechanical Technology, Supply Chain Management, Communications & Sustainability teams.

Edgar holds a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Technological University of Mexico and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.

He is a member and is certified by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) in: Fitness-for-Service; Failure Prevention; Repair and Life Extension of Piping, Vessels and Tanks as well as Fitness-for-Service for Pressure Vessels, Piping and Tanks.

EDGAR GOMEZ

JOSUE AGUINAGA

Director of Operations

Mr. Aguinaga studied Mining Engineering at the University of Guanajuato, in Mexico. He excels at his role thanks of his leadership experience in the industry.

In 2017 he was Production Supervisor at a trading company in Terrell, Texas. By 2018 he was responsible for personnel at CINCH Energy Services until 2020.

This year he became our Director of Operations. He is now responsible for the outstanding performance carried out by our team on the pipelines located in refineries, underground and offshore platforms.

Following his education as an Architectural Engineer with a master’s degree in Project Management, he first took an interest in the petrochemical industry working for PEMEX (Petroleos Mexicanos) as a construction superintendent.

In 1986 he became an Executive Director at IMSSA Mexico and the Vice-president for the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry.

Now he is a Senior Consultant, the leading member of our Technical Management Area and a highly valued member of our team.
